Recycle Your Holiday Cards

Now that the holidays are over, what to do with all those pretty holiday cards. It is a shame to just toss them in the trash when you think of all the resources it took to create them.
A search on the internet will deliver all sorts of crafty things to do with them. One of my favorites is these little boxes. They make wonderful tiny gift boxes that you could fill with a little trinket or message to someone special.
I found an easy pattern to follow at “AllFreeCrafts.com”.
Being creative and doing something to keep our landfills from overflowing, gives me a sense of peace. Enjoy!
