Listening to your Higher Self Escuchar a su Superior Autónomo

Every now and then, I come across something that stirs my energy. De vez en cuando, vengo a través de algo que despierta mi energía. While reading this poem I could see it playing out before my eyes and feel the deep meaning beneath its surface. I wonder how often my soul has cried out for me to stop and listen, see, taste, smell or touch while I was too focused on living my life that I missed it. I think I need to slow down a little more, and pay attention to what is around me, lest I miss another treasure like this. Today I resolve to take some time out to meditate, do my readings and reflect on what is important….the housework can wait - nothing is more important than reclaiming my serenity. It was a beautiful poem wasn’t it. Se trata de un bello poema no es la misma. I too need to let the mundane things wait, and make the time to appreciate the things I love in life.
