I have been doing and will be doing some of the things you mentioned that help.
At the end of your comment you mentioned you’ve learned to focus on you and that’s helped him as well? I’m not sure what you mean, can you give some examples?

Ahh yes, I’ve started to learn that as well. It took a while though. You’re right, I’m happier and understand the situation better than I have before.
