magic moment - sunrise

It has been so hot lately that it’s been difficult to get out and walk at night. So one morning last weekend, my husband woke me up early and asked if I wanted to go for a morning stroll at the park.
When we got there it was still fairly cool, the little critters were scrambling around for breakfast, and the soft rays of pastel sunlight came out to great us.
What a beautiful way to start the day! Simply georgious!

Beautiful photo and my favorite time of morning. The air is so fresh and birds and other wildlife are stirring either going to bed or waking. What a beautiful way to start your day.
Oh it is my favorite time of day as well. I never stopped to think that some of the critters would be first going to bed at dawn, or first waking up at dusk. I seem to forget about those little nocturnal guys as I don’t see them as much.
