An origami peace crane! Beautiful stamp and fun puzzle. I think I’m going to have to try creating one of these.
Here’s a fun link below showing how kids have used these folded cranes to help endangered whooping cranes. http://www.operationmigration.org/craniackidsinaction.html
I LOVE! jigsaw puzzles!! I frequently do the on-line puzzles. We’ve got a closet shelf full of them, but don’t have the room to work the things. I just keep collecting them, and figure if we ever do move to a new house, I’m going to have one room set aside for games, crafts, inner-peace, and no pets to disrupt things. Having said that, you know I love my pets, but let’s face it, they’d either knock the puzzle table over or else eat the puzzle pieces.
ps,
Wouldn’t it be nice if could mail a letter for only three cents?
Must admit I too love jigsaws. My aunt has one permenantly set up and whoever passes puts a peice or two in. Josef & I started that and our favourites were ‘Wheres Wally’ but I cant seem to buy them anywhere in our town…Hasnt been something Bell and I got into maybe I need to get us one…ta Indigo
